when you place your order please email a photo of your pet to carissajmelillo@gmail.com‍ ‍from there I will draw out your pet and color match the yarn. we will be in communication to make sure everything looks perfect and we will not start tufting until completely approved. You will receive your digital file of your pet to keep and then in 2-3 weeks your completed tufted pet will arrive at your door.
